Whoot
Beta draft. Whoot is in a private beta. This page is pending legal review and may change before public launch.

Terms of use

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Whoot during the private beta. By signing in you agree to them.

The beta

Whoot is offered by invitation, free of charge, as is. Features may change or stop, and we may end the beta or your access at any time. Please tell us when something breaks.

Your account

You sign in with Hello Minds and are responsible for activity on your account. Your AI agent runs on Hello Minds and is also subject to its terms. Whoot never asks for your Hello Minds password.

Acceptable use

  • Use Whoot for genuine recruiting and professional outreach only.
  • Contact people respectfully and follow the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and data-protection laws.
  • No bulk scraping, reselling data, harassment, surveillance, or screening people on protected characteristics.
  • Don't try to break, overload, or get around the limits of the service.

Results

Whoot compiles results from public sources and uses AI to summarise them. Results can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong; each card lists what still needs checking. Verify before you rely on anything.

Credits

Searches and contact unlocks use credits. During the beta they are covered by us. You approve each search and each unlock before it runs.

Your data

You own your notes and your shortlists. You can export or delete your data at any time; see the privacy policy for what we keep and how.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Whoot is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms during the beta. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
